Spermatech AS has developed collaboration with academic and non-academic scientific partners.
The Institute for Basic Medical Sciences (IMB), University of Oslo (UoO).
Spermatech is collaborating with the research group of Professor Bjørn Steen Skålhegg. Our company has access to laboratories and infrastructure at IMB through a workbench agreement.
Spermatech’s high throughput screening experiments have been performed in collaboration with Evotec AG (Germany). The company is a leader in drug discovery and provides high quality research to its partners in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology business.

Spermatech’s research involves a considerable amount of protein crystallization and X-ray crystallography. This work is done in collaboration with Magnar Bjørås’ research group at the Centre for Molecular Biology and Neuroscience at Rikshospitalet University Hospital (RH).
